I'm not a big StarWars guy but I don't hate it either. I finished the second episode of Andor yesterday and meh, does this get a lot better or am I just wasting my time?
Alright, y'all (and the sunk cost fallacy) have convinced me to least power through the 3rd episode.
The 3rd episode was better than the first two. I still haven't decided if I'll keep up with it, but glad I finished that one.
Peter Stuart@paul i thought it was really good around the 4th/5th episodes, then got worse. I didn’t enjoy the show that much overall. Didn’t feel very Star Warsy. I get that they were trying to do something different, but IMO the writer completely missed what makes Star Wars Star Wars. Favreau on the other hand totally gets it.
Jan Kjellin@Meat_Bucket @paul I think it's a matter of what one wants. To me, both Mandalorian and Boba Fett have more of a fanfiction feel to them, just building on canon and not really offering something new, while Andor at least tries to expand the universe.
