I read the article. Pretty sure an enlarged heart is not a common side effect of Ivermectin, even if his usage was extreme. And then there's the whole family history of bum tickers.
Seriously though, read through some of the comments attached to the tweet in the article. Many of his thralls were deliberately undereducated people that have been exploited and then abandoned by the medical pharmaceutical complex. It's no wonder they've gone looking for relief at $20 a tube.
