The inspiration were the beef samosa/sambousek I had as part of this coming Friday's restaurant review. Decided to try making what may have started them all :)

@cardamomaddict @witchcore the Uzbek restaurant near me has a whole lamb chop inside the samsa, including the bone. It’s delicious.
@skinnylatte @witchcore Oh, yum. To the best of my knowledge, there aren't any locally :( But I have seen a pick of a bone-in chicken leg samsa that looked delicious.
