Wir haben uns heute Abend Baozi gemacht.

Gefüllt mit fried Tofu, Karotten, Kohl, Erbsensprossen & gelierter Brühe. Leider wars ein Hauch zu viel Agar Agar, so dass wir nur bedingt Brühe Dumplings hatten, lecker waren sie aber natürlich trotzdem.

Das nächste Mal dann weniger Agar Agar, dann werden sie perfekt :)

Satt und glücklich sind wir jetzt schon :)
