After being asked politely previously to please contact me within business hours, someone contacted me at 10:30pm on a Friday via FB about their case. I had graciously given my time before, but this time I snapped, gave her the office number and hours and blocked her.

I consider it rude for FRIENDS AND FAMILY to even contact me that late at night. I mean, yeah, it's on silent and/or I'm awake anyway. Still. Me time. Go away.
