Pete had his first order in 2010 and has been baking delicious cookies ever since. He started out in San Jose, where Pete says his business had its first growth spurt. Things were going great until San Jose cracked down on the business, because of one tiny ingredient in the cookies that we all know and love. 🌿

After hitting a wall with regulations, Pete expanded to the Bay Area, bringing good vibes and sweet treats to Richmond, Oakland, Berkeley, and beyond. 7 Stars was one of the earliest places to stock his cookies, and we’ve proudly had them on our shelves since. After establishing himself in the Bay Area, he was able to successfully expand to Los Angeles, securing his place as a California-wide brand.

Big Pete’s Treats is now the biggest baked goods company in the nation coming out of our industry, and has expanded to multiple states outside of California. Pete has 400 stores in our home state, and now has 55 stores in Florida, and 20 stores in Arizona.
