(I have a Google Nest Hub on my desk. It gets the job done, barely. The UI sucks and Google has no taste. I'd get the Apple version of this product immediately.)
@viticci I was an early adopter of the Nest Hub (née Home Hub) and I replaced all of my Echoes… those were great at first but then stagnant. The Nest Hub is now in the same boat. Fine but stagnant. Can Apple pull something off here? I sure Hope so!
@Lio @viticci does the HomePod v2 make you feel like Apple are somehow less stagnant?
@ravipatel @viticci Not to me. It feels way too similar and I think it was a missed opportunity to innovate.
@viticci If they let us also use a virtual keyboard to search for YouTube videos I would throw my Google Nest Hub in the trash instantly.
@viticci I have an em Exho Show on mine. I have pretty mich the same thoughts and would probably replace it if Apple had a similar product.
@viticci I have one as my alarm clock on my night stand. It’s a great alarm clock, but that’s pretty much it… Navigating the UI is infuriating, it’s slow, it’s laggy, it’s not a good device.
