Clearly, the Icelandic government should have been doing that so, while it was a Very Good Thing to do, it's another example of a private citizen stepping in where a government fails.

@beccanalia @selfagency which bit? Expanding the number of disabled ramps? Small companies often can't afford to comply with, and therefore aren't compelled to follow, disabled access laws.
