Low-level anxiety all day for no apparent reason. Good thing I’m so talented at multitasking because I can do everything just like I would without it
It’s so irritating. I’m on the appropriate meds. I’ve done the therapy. It’s just sometimes THERE and won’t stop.

I also experience anxiety that insists on showing up regardless of how medicated I am or how content I feel mentally. It’s very frustrating and can be disheartening at times.

We’re all different, so what I share may only apply to me. But I’ve tried many different things over the years, and I’ve personally experienced the best results when I’m taking care of my gut.

@Bronwyn after getting #COVID my anxiety was much worse. So was my gut health. Aloe Vera juice + colostrum supplements made a noticeable difference almost immediately.

That’s a long way of saying it could be your gut. Of course it could not be also 🤷‍♂️ It’s taken me years to realize the strong connection between gut & mental health. I share in case it could be helpful for you.

@Bronwyn hugs. Mental health is like that. Same with my depression. Meds don’t chase it away, it just means I can cope with the worst of it. Thank god for my meds right now
