I also experience anxiety that insists on showing up regardless of how medicated I am or how content I feel mentally. It’s very frustrating and can be disheartening at times.
We’re all different, so what I share may only apply to me. But I’ve tried many different things over the years, and I’ve personally experienced the best results when I’m taking care of my gut.
@Bronwyn after getting #COVID my anxiety was much worse. So was my gut health. Aloe Vera juice + colostrum supplements made a noticeable difference almost immediately.
That’s a long way of saying it could be your gut. Of course it could not be also 🤷♂️ It’s taken me years to realize the strong connection between gut & mental health. I share in case it could be helpful for you.
