@spaf the “shifting the burden for cybersecurity away from individuals, small businesses, and local governments” toward technology vendors isn’t saying much in cases where the small business/organization is the technology vendor themselves as may be the case in niche market segments.
I wonder how can the government support those small technology vendors that might now have more “burden”?

@spaf I’ve seen government adjacent organizations provide grants and consulting in cases where the action might grow the tax base. I wonder if that is a better model for business who might not be able to self fund up front, and don’t have all the skills in house to affect those changes.
