If you are a smaller #startup and you are invited to participate in any sort of "innovation lab" or "accelerator" or similar program hosted by #BigTech, be *very* careful and make sure to read the fine print in any agreements that you sign.

There is a more than zero chance that as a condition of participating you will be signing away your right to sue them if they happen to steal any #IP that you develop while in the program.

Not a joke. Seriously. Know what you're getting into.
