Getting this update shipped is such a great feeling.

You know that moment when you have been stuck behind a truck for miles along on a winding road, then you reach the end of the mountain pass and the road opens up and the truck turns off. That moment when you can accelerate freely towards the horizon again.

I have so many ideas in mind, but had to limit myself to wait until I got this released before I could tackle them. I'm very excited for this update, but even more for what is to come.

@_Davidsmith Looks Great Dave, it’s still disappointing that Pedometer++ can only import the previous 7 days of activity rather than the years which other apps can.
@_Davidsmith I love this analogy. Congrats on the big release today πŸŽ‰
@_Davidsmith Congrats on the launch! It’s been really fun and inspirational following along with your development diaries series. Looking forward to seeing what’s next!
@_Davidsmith congratulations on the launch! It looks great!
@_Davidsmith im loving the maps features - any good resources for those GPX files you can recommend?
@namekkural It varies based on where you are and what you are doing. When I am exploring a new area I'll typically search β€œ<name of place> GPX" on my mac and look at the results...throwing them into something like https://gpx.studio evaluate them. I have plans to build more of this directly into Pedometer++ but that is farther down the road.

@_Davidsmith nice! Thanks. I'll try this the next time I'm in a new area. Seems like there is not much here in my little corner of the earth πŸ˜… every since you first showed the app in your first battery experiment I've wanted to try it. Maybe I should check out the highlands too!
