@xarvos, while carrying a weapon is illegal, the intention defines whether something is one. It’s perfectly legal to have a fruit knife (I always had one in my bag for mangoes rmb?), chef knife or even clever in your hand walking in the street, but using any weapon for self defense isn’t. I’m glad that the cops (lit. public security) in my hood actually do their job so I could walk around at night never thinking of the latter scenario. Or maybe stealing motorbikes is more profitable and less risky than mugging
