This is why it’s frustrating to listen to liberals talk about fascism or labor or the economy or anything else. Jared Yates Sexton is good and on the right side, but it’s always oversimplified. Ask any of the third world whether the fascists in Germany were the only ones willing to carry out the necessary brutality. The omission of this information makes it hard to take the rest seriously.
