Debt drives oppression of communities & it is instrumentalized in dismantling public services in all countries. It's been used as a political tool to force fossil fuel exploitation projects at low cost for GN capitalists but high human & environmental costs for GS communities.

The approval of #LossAndDamage fund at #COP27 still needs concrete creation and application & #DebtCancellation must come with it. These measured need to be protected from the corruption of financial elites for GS communities to benefit from it.
