@johnosborn nice the one I would want is a manual GS, but from what I understand is because the C8 is auto only these last manual cars carry a price premium and probably will continue to indefinitely.

@Mark Mine is an auto and I’m totally fine with it considering the traffic I deal with on the regular. My project / fun car is a manual, though.

@johnosborn I’ve had vette owners tell me that auto vettes aren’t as much of a comprise because the V8 makes lots of torque even at low revs so even the older shittier autos are a good match. I haven’t had the opportunity to drive one, but I would love to have the chance. I loved vettes and vipers when I was young and I still have affinity for the brand as an adult that drives pretty slow.
