@charlesornstein @ProPublica Out of so many awful aspects of this, I find it absolutely horrifying that courts think it ok to send a child across the country to spend 90 days at an "undisclosed location" with an estranged parent. If a parent did this without a court order, it would clearly be a crime. Our country needs to get over the idea that getting used to suffering is how your deal with trauma.
