@carnage4life When I took my current role, I continued a weekly status mail that my predecessor was sending. Included a dozen standardized, but refreshed charts as well as written analysis for both the past week and what was to come.

I started noticing after a few months people would ask me questions I already covered.

Eventually, I tried an experiment where I missed a week... then two. It's been two years now, and not one person (outside my own team) ever asked what happened to them. Shrug.
