That’s what Ed & I said after living in this tent on the banks of the #Salmon #River for a year or so. It was mid Oct.1981, we had both only recently learned about rafting & were keen on doing more. It turned out a lot more.This thread will run through some rivers & their profound influence on me. They have been like a mentor, teaching about journeys, relationships & how to navigate life. 2/ Mind you this is pre-internet/cell phone times, information was gleaned from a small town library and the lore of local geezers, the only map was for just a section of the river.
