I had kinda shelved my lazy search for a Pinboard alternative when the maintainer returned from walkabout and it seemed like maybe the site was gonna get maintained for a bit longer …but now he’s defending JKR and being all TERFy so clearly it’s time to vote with my feet and my wallet.

Which is to say: gimme self-hosted bookmarking software suggestions please and thanks.

you should be following @lmorchard and @casey who are talking about the self-same thing, and then when you all figure it out let @dzombak know too.

I would love integration with a fediverse aware system, but mostly it would be nice to see my 39600 bookmarks live somewhere that felt like it was alive and active.
