Luke Berndt@imaginaryterrain love it! I have been meaning to try water color with my AxiDraw. How did you do the programming for it to get ink on the brush?
@robotastic Worth experimenting with! You can set a palette w paint/ink within the drawing area and add a few squiggles across its surface. But I’ve been adding paint by touching the brush with another brush that has fresh paint on it, which allows for natural gradients.
@imaginaryterrain that looks really cool. The brush to brush method also seems like a really easy way to get started. It would be cool if there was a watercolor library you could use where you could feed it the vector file and it would automatically handle moving and recharging the brush with paint after a certain line distance
@robotastic Would be a nice thing; setting up the extra paths is burdensome when you have to slot them in between 800 already-extant paths.
