🤦‍♀️ Yes she was.

Michael Bromwich:

She was a reckless idiot for doing what she did.

News: CBS News has learned that lawyers close to several GOP witnesses in #Fulton Co. investigation are preparing to move to quash any possible indictments by DA based on the public statements by the #forewoman of the special grand jury, per two people familiar with the discussions #Georgia #Trump

@GottaLaff imagine if a trump judge hears the cases and decides to throw out any charges bc of this lady’s actions. Although unlikely for a regular judge, nothing is too crazy for a trump appointed one to do
@twitterreject It would be appealed and the case would continue.
@GottaLaff if the case had to be moved to a different location or finding a new jury, that could add more delays to a case that will probably never finish bc of all the delays he’s going to try. We don’t need to give him more things to appeal or use to delay justice
@twitterreject We don't know that anything even close to that would happen. Why not just wait and see? If the judge feels she did something that negatively affects the case, he'll say something and gag-order the other jurors. This isn't THE grand jury anyway. That's still coming. This was a "special" GJ. The delays will be overcome, but they will be annoying if they do happen. Plus, it's a state case, not federal.
@GottaLaff I’m not too worried about it I was just thinking it would be crazy if the entire case fell apart just bc one woman couldn’t stay quiet
@twitterreject Oh good. Yeah, but that won't happen.
@GottaLaff so why do they need 2 grand juries? If this one recommends charges, wouldn’t the prosecutor use that recommendation to indict? Why do they need another one?

@twitterreject No, not the same. This one can't issue indictments. It "was authorized to “investigate any and all facts and circumstances relating directly or indirectly to alleged violations of the laws of the State of Georgia.” It was granted power to subpoena evidence and witness testimony — though not the ability to issue indictments."

It helped her get testimony on the record, evidence, make decisions about whether to press charges.

@GottaLaff so this special one had more powers but not the power to indict? Seems like a giant waste of time to not just give them that power to indict and just have 1 jury
@twitterreject Not more powers, different powers. You need to understand the legal system, I guess. It was hardly a “giant waste of time.” It gives Willis more credibility and information that she needs to bring indictments.
@GottaLaff I know our system isn’t based on logic or speed, but instead of convening 2 separate grand juries at different times, each with different powers, it seems like it would make more sense to just have 1 and give them the powers & responsibility of both. It’s not like they are investigators that are out in the world pursuing witnesses and leads. They simply hear the evidence and compile a report with recommendations or indictments. Just seems like overkill to have 2 but I’m just observing
