Graham Ward@lindasgoluppiart is it simply because so few people vote in local council elections and those that do continue to vote for the same party and councillors?
@edintone I do not think there is a simple answer as to why the situation is as it is. There are complexities, and the danger for democracy is in not recognizing those complexities.
@lindasgoluppiart agreed, but they certainly prefer the status quo.
