FINOkoyeI don’t really understand the ‘decolonisation should be run by managers’ fam but live and let live you know? We all have roles to play.
The real problem is how hard it is to find ‘decolonisation should be led by the oppressed’ fam…

@hannahswiv I wish, it's not managers saying this! There's a type of person who knows all the lingo but seems bizarrely averse to the actual work (i.e. collective action, organising etc.) which makes the fancy words real.
I think it's partly due to points of nuance from mostly online discussions get taken as a kind of fundamentalist code.
Like, the very people talking about coloniality and white supremacy etc then think a few words will get the same accuséd structures to change? Idk...
