Weekend #horology #watchesofmastodon project - get this ratty old AS 1287 movement cleaned up and beating regularly. Not sure what kind of watch this came out of.

For my first time oiling a movement I think I did pretty well. Got rate to within 10+/-s a day, increased average amplitude by 25 degrees, and beat error (the time between the tick and tock) to 1.0ms.
