If you want a really solid critique, it's actually here too. They put their *all* into this piece and while it's sarcastic as usual, it really does cover *so many* aspects of how horrible the current trend of "news" in this space has been.

@chandlerc trans panic wasn't a national thing until like one day in the early oughts. Terrifying to see a ginned up moral crusade slowly take-up momentum day after day.
I grew up in a red state.
Literally no one gave a fuck.

What started out as the transparently absurd has become fucks in Ohio demanding their daughters be sexually assaulted prior to participating in sports.
