Troed Sångberg@baekdal I think one of the issues are that people buy an electric car that can "just" handle their daily need - while petrol/diesel cars handle the need a few times over.
Tesla SR+ driver here. We also have a diesel. The Tesla, in the most optimistic conditions, will get about 300km actual range. The diesel does over 1000.
During winter time, the Tesla drops to about 200km. I'm sure the diesel does something similar - it's simply never noticed :)
