I learned the hard way picking up a 10lb weight :-)

@jgordon ya I'm so so careful now even putting the weights away. Always making sure I'm square and core tight etc.

Today we were doing a partner stretch where we had to reach down. The elite athletes and coach all used wide stance Sumo deadlift positions. The regular folk just bent over with round back. (Everyone was fine but funny to see.)
