Bookaroo Nogales

Today’s #fiberuary post: a #crochet star blanket I made in Caron Super Soft for my niece for her first Christmas. It was super easy to make once I got the pattern established at the center; to figure that out I watched a YouTube tutorial about 70 times, pausing frequently. I’m told it made a great stroller blanket, because you could easily tuck the ends in around the kid.

@louche_librarian grandma made blankets like this for all the kids in my generation, a good chunk of us still have them. Very special and touching.

@BabblingGeek That's wonderful! My mom made quilts for all the kids in my kid's generation, so they'll all have those.
