When huge gas guzzling utes are no longer the best selling car in the country.
When people plan how to drive less.
When they don't idle unnecessarily outside schools or shops.
When boy racers stop going out 3 nights a week.

Then we can talk about petrol being too expensive.

Meanwhile, signs are that it is still too cheap.

We keep subsidising petrol so people don't need to change their behaviours.

But we really need everyone to change their behaviour! Fast!

Keeping fossil fuel artificially cheap is sacrificing our living planet for immediate convenience. Again.
We have learned nothing.

Precisely.
We are making things worse by incentivising people to drive even more.
