Every year we go to the Mardi Gras Pet Parade in St Louis. It’s mostly like 1,000s of dogs (many in costume) and a handful of cats (you have to be looking cause they are usually in carrying devices) and then a dude lugging his tortoise around. We saw a couple goats as well. Got a bunch of bags of cat treats for our little guy to try.
