Everything we know about the unidentified object shot down over Lake Huron

An F-16 fighter jet has shot down an object Sunday over Lake Huron waters on the U.S. side of the international border with Canada.

The Detroit News
“Based on its flight path and data we can reasonably connect this object to the radar signal picked up over Montana, which flew in proximity to sensitive DOD sites,” says Pentagon in statement on the object shot down over Lake Huron.
Object shot down over Lake Huron likely fell into waters in #Canada, according to the US Department of Defense.
US officials say it hasn't been determined how the latest objects shot down stayed aloft and that's why they're not being referred to as balloons.
"It could be a gaseous type of balloon inside a structure or it could be some type of a propulsion system," Air Force General Glen VanHerck, head of NORAD and Northern Command tells reporters.
Asked if he has ruled out aliens, Gen. VanHerck says he hasn't ruled out anything.
@w7voa “Are the aliens coming to Earth to kill us all and steal our wifi?”
@w7voa If these advanced beings can cure Covid, will Republicans instantly vilify them? (Asking for the sane contingent of humans.) P.S. Should we be shooting down everything we can’t identify? *See The Day the Earth Stood Still (1951 movie about humans being rejected by aliens because of how violent we are).
@w7voa Doesn't seem to be trying at all!
