Kinda sucks there isn't something like a family account or something for #Minecraft.

Sucks having to buy it again for each child.

@mhamzahkhan Hi! I work with children every day using Minecraft in the classroom. Kids having their own accounts supports their self-identity and allows them to explore the game while not losing their personal advancements and/or achievements. They have their own inventory with things like armour that they would have worked hard to acquire, food, spaces to play in their shared world and more. Pls don’t use ‘cracked’ accts/logins. 😄 #Minecraft Java is the best place to start!
@Momibelle I mean I want them to still have "individual" accounts, so they still have their achievements etc, but a family membership or something like that, similar to how you can get a family "Microsoft 365 Family" account, which I can share with 5 people, and they have access to all the MS Office tools, OneDrive etc.
@Momibelle I'm not going to use a cracked version, but it sucks a bit. My 3-year-old wants to play with me and my 5-year-old, but at 3 years old, he often just wants to join in because his elder brother said it's cool. I don't really want to pay the $30 until he's a bit older and I know he's actually interested. My wife also wants to occasionally join in, but again, paying the $30 for occasionally playing.... it kinda sucks.
@Momibelle Would just be nice if there was a discounted family purchase that can be shared with 5 users, if that makes sense?
@mhamzahkhan Yep! That makes perfect sense.
@mhamzahkhan @Momibelle Actually you are trying to compare M365 annual subscription to buying a lifetime Minecraft account. This does not work because these are two different business models.
