otrochris@tenzochris unfortunately this is textbook not a penalty. They updated the laws a few years ago about this exact scenarios. SHOULD it be a penalty? YES.
@otrochris I donāt see anything in IFAB law 12 that would make this not a PK.
Arms is away from his body. The judgement *could* be that heās attempting to break his fall, but given that heās flinging himself to the ground unchallenged to block the shot, Iām skeptical thatās a correct call here.

The reason why the hand was supporting his body, ie that he flung himself to the ground, is immaterial.
