Support for Unicode 17 has now been added to iOS (your cryptid-spotting mileage may vary).

Realized I never posted my self-imposed #ThrowbackThursday rules here, and think I should probably rectify that.

I look for an old post, from close to the current day but in a previous year. That has usually been from Flickr or the birdsite (I have a local archive from when I left), though I'll start adding Mastodon posts to the mix as I have a larger selection of those on the Fediverse.

Thirteen years ago, a woman at the dog park told me she was "looking for a life partner".

She meant *for her dog*.

Which made my saying "no thanks I'm married" a bit awkward.
