Finally mustered up the courage to ask about it, and they talked about how they are dragonkin, and the seadragon is their true self, even remembering their past life as the seadragon. I’ve in the last few months come to accept being otherkin myself, though had no inclination that I had a past life.

I expressed the strange connection I had with them. We talked and dug deeper, and it suddenly came back to him that he knew me in his past life. And then it started to hit *me* out of nowhere, memories of a past life, knowing him and being together. We had love for one another, though we’re still trying to work out what sort of love and relationship we had.

And it’s been amazingly exhilarating and mind blowing, the feelings of connection, deep reuniting, memories from another time and plane flooding back, so many things explained and understanding myself so much better. I feel more whole than maybe I ever have. If I weren’t at work, I might have broken down in happiness. Heck, I still might. I’m still overwhelmed, but in the best way possible 💙
