By this I mean creating space, using the resources one has or can acquire, to build something NOW instead of saying "that's just the way things are" "they're too big for us to fight", etc? #AcademicChatter #DisabledInSTEM #BlackInX #MarginSci

@avirr Oh, I agree. I completely believe this is possible, but the problem is do enough people believe it's possible to get busy pulling it off.
