Pennsylvania Sen. John Fetterman hospitalized overnight in Washington

Sen. John Fetterman was hospitalized overnight “for observation” after feeling lightheaded, but did not show any signs of suffering a stroke, his office said.

The Philadelphia Inquirer
“About an hour ago, Senator John Fetterman received the results of his MRI. According to John’s doctors at The George Washington University Hospital, the results of the MRI, along with the results of all of the other tests the doctors ran, rule out a new stroke. He is being monitored with an EEG for signs of seizure - so far there are no signs of seizure, but he is still being monitored,” says Joe Calvello, the communications director for Sen. Fetterman’s office.
@w7voa Sending healing thoughts his way. Hope he makes a quick and full recovery.
@w7voa I actually got hospitalized for the exact same thing about a year ago. My EEG came back abnormal - turns out I have complex partial seizures but they’re very manageable and I’m capable of working full time.
@sassybibrarian @w7voa I’m glad you’re ok.
@earthlingusa @w7voa me too. Luckily I can still work around my chronic illnesses.
@w7voa oh thank God. That family deserved good news
@w7voa Best wishes, Senator Fetterman.
Maybe he just got dehydrated or something...that does it for me.
@w7voa phew! That’s good news. Still scary, but I hope whatever caused the seizures is manageable.
@w7voa
Thanks. I’d looked for updates. It’s good he is being so sensitive to how he’s feeling. That’s hard to do. Glad John is ok.
@w7voa Thank you for sharing this good news.
@w7voa Can't wait to see what incredibly snotty, stupid, and insensitive thing Oz has to say about this.
