seems like their value proposition is based on
* EU based servers
* DNS-over-WHATEVER
* smart filtering esp. w/ ZERO plan
* independent (really?) non-government agency HQ in France

question how to start new domain: wait cooling time?
use ddns? get blocked
so back to hostfile. does not get changed by any actor , stays safe and static.
is that what we want/need?
