Not only is it generating clicks with the outrage, but he's now on now in national media again - which further drives traffic to Twitter. He loves and thrives on attention, as does Twitter - emphasised in them unbanning him and others like him worldwide.
Twitter pre-Mush could be toxic, but blocking worked - now the manufactured outrage is its modus operandi.
