Input, please.

I'm the guy deciding whether, when and how to put my employer, the St. Paul Pioneer Press newspaper, on Mastodon.

I'm mulling options, implications and possible repercussions rather than making this a knee-jerk move.

One big decision is which instance to use.

Any thoughts? @glennf? @dsilverman? @adamengst?

@ojezap @dsilverman I’m not sure there’s a downside! It seems like it’s a way to find a new audience and a refreshed one. I wonder if it might require a commitment of 3 to 6 months of a little focus—like an hour’s worth a week—of curating stories, writing longer posts, and interacting with people’s reactions? Maybe that’s already in the budget?
