So stoked. I started Qi Gong last year and it certainly changed my life, but a housesitting gig up-island broke my habit — and the last time (while I was up there) that I did the hard-ass Shaolin Qi Gong routine I loved so much, I injured my knee.
So I’ve been terrified of trying it again. It’s been about 9-10 weeks.
But I just did it now and feel amazing, so proud. It’s not for beginners but it’s an awesome routine:
