I keep trying to take days off for self care and ending up spending them panicking because I don't know what to do first, or what I want to do most with limited time, or like today when I realised I needed to watch tv and knit more than I needed to go out and then the WiFi went down and I don't have more days to take until April. I don't know how other people have the time to do everything they need to do and relax to, everything feels like a challenge right now.
