1Password - Senior Design Systems Designer

We’re looking for a designer with a systems-mindset and experience working on the complete systems life-cycle, from establishing a practice that endures to design, build, document, to maintaining a library used by many product teams. With a focus on accessibility and inclusion, you will work as a part of the Design System team that consists of Engineers, Content and Product designers, to help us grow 1Password multi-platform design system. You will be working with product teams across 1Password to identify opportunities to create new patterns and components that fit their workstreams, as well as providing guidance around using those defined re-usable patterns. You are passionate about creating and maintaining design systems, and helping product designers in applying them across apps and services to create a suite of elegant provider products. You are focused on standards and consistency across products and services for developers and content partners. You will contribute to the strate
