@Sheril to be clear, lots of other people do the hibernating animal as spring warden thing. It’s very old. It’s the science denial that makes us exceptional.

@FakePlasticDunk @Sheril and the idea I’m left with is that science denial is something in the brains of most people. They just don’t work that way.
@FakePlasticDunk @Sheril meh. That’s life. We all get dealt different hands. It’s a fundamental mistake to, a priori, assume you know someone which is wired into us from a time when “strangers” were a great deal more rare.
