@Marcus
Great idea creating and open sourcing a #GitOps icon! ๐Ÿ™

https://github.com/giantswarm/gitops-icon

I've failed using it so far, because the choice of colours (black/white) doesn't go well with dark or light mode.

My current workaround at #cloudogu looks like this ๐Ÿ˜„

@schnatterer Iโ€™m sure @sendung would also be happy to hear that! ๐Ÿ˜

@Marcus @schnatterer Indeed, happy you like it.

What colour variants are you interested in? Perhaps we can make them part of the repo.

@sendung @Marcus
The colour I used is of Cloudogu's corparate design. So not a good match for the upstream repo.
I just forked it.

For the upstream, maybe the main colors of the #opengitops projects might be a good match?

@schnatterer @sendung Wow those colours are striking! ๐Ÿ˜†

๐Ÿ˜„ Does it have to be pretty?
@schnatterer @sendung I actually kinda like the colour combination. Especially with those "offset" buttons they have on the page. Just quick a shock on my big monitor! ๐Ÿ˜†

@sendung
Beauty always is in the eye of the beholder. I think the colors would be a good match because of the element of recognition.

@schnatterer @Marcus No, we don't really have a need for that.
