I think there should be an international day where customer service reps can respond however they want to all inquiries and complaints without repercussion.
@beaveinflow @[email protected] when I last worked in retail, we used to say that if you're having trouble stopping yourself from telling the customer the truth it's a real clear sign it's time to move on ๐๐ป
@beaveinflow As a fellow service person put it to me the other day: "Ma'am, our show is mature because alchohol is served and somebody dies. We're not gonna show your kid any boobs."
