DOROShame on me that I haven’t watched more Japanese #movies this #Japanuary. I just finished the 1968 #BlackLizard by #KinjiFukasaku. His direction is (willingly or unwillingly) a little incoherent, but drag-performer #AkihiroMiwa’s lavish and gender-fluid performance as the eponymous antagonist Black Lizard is a delight.

You are not alone. I also completely blew my #Japanuary and feel a bit bad about it. Saw "I Want to Eat Your Pancreas" and "We Couldn't Become Adults". Unfortunately only 2 of 6 planned films. 🥲
