@MiguelSmizSuarez Got to take with a pinch of salt - methodology suspect. HongKong looks high and given zero prosecution in major scandals in UK, e.g, blood contamination, whereas in France those in charge have already served their time, UK I suspect should be quite a bit lower...

Oh I totally agree we should be a whole lot lower, wait for more to seep out - they all fail to understand that the age of the dirty secref is over; eventually and inevitably the truth shines. Just hope I live long enough to see it .... and justice.
