What's the best TV with the following features?
* Low lag for gaming
* No / few smart features
* Many inputs (HDMI, and if possible: RGB/SCART)
Especially the TV should NOT interfere trying to "smart remote" my devices -- which are mainly retro consoles with HDMI scan converters... THERE IS NOTHING TO REMOTE CONTROL THERE!

Maybe get a PC Monitor and convert analog signals to HDMI externally?

@root42 Hi, i know. You would need something like OSSC to do a clean HDMI conversion first. But of course that is expensive and can get complicated. But you sure get the best quality possible.

Open Source Scan Converter (OSSC)

The Open Source Scan Converter is a zero lag upscaler that can output from 480p up to 1080p.  It's only shortcoming is it's not compatible with all TV's in every mode, but it's still an excellent choice.  There's also a more powerful "OSSC Pro" that can scale up to 1440p, with modes for downscaling,

@alexkaiser I have a Rad2x and an OSSC. Still as they 'just' upscale very simply, they sometimes produce resolutions that PC monitors will reject. E.g. I can't use the SNES+RAD2X on my older PC monitor.
